EasyRPA uses elasticsearch for logs processing. All AP executions logs, CS, Nodes, OCR and ML logs a stored there. By default one elastic search node is included into installation.

This limits number of days to keep logs to 125 days. This restriction should be counted during Data Purge policy reconfiguration.

If there is a requirement to keep logs more than 125 days, elasticsearch cluster should be configured. Follow the instructions from https://elastic.co.
